Jennifer Garner could really use an alias about now.
The actress has obtained a temporary restraining order against a 36-year-old fan she claims has been stalking her since at least 2002, E! News has learned.
In her protection order dated Nov. 7, Garner claims Steven Burky—described as 6-foot-1, 145 pounds, and blond with blue eyes—engaged in "obsessive and harassing behavior" that included sending her "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country."

Paris Hilton's Portofino spray-tanning session Tuesday didn't leave her in the mood to talk about her and Stavros Niarchos hanging in Miami, whether she and Benji Madden are still together, or anything else for that matter.
P pulled her usual pap-avoiding manuever: pretending to be on her phone. She walked for three minutes, deeply involved in a nonexistent conversation without commenting on any of the questions volleyed at her.
And later the same day, she headed to Apple Lounge for another night out sans Benji. This isn't looking good—since being back in L.A., the two haven't been seen together once.
"They're still together. There is no breakup," her rep tells Hollywood Party Girl.

It's probably safe to say that a trip to the hospital was not a part of Winona Ryder's flight plan.
As it happens, the actress was briefly hospitalized after falling ill on a U.K.-bound British Airways flight this morning.
A spokesman for west London's Hillingdon Hospital confirmed to Britain's Press Association that the 37-year-old star was treated by medics upon deboarding the flight and was later checked over as a precautionary measure.
